A:  You can get samples for free, but you should offer the delivery cost of samples generally.

A:  Yes, we have product catalogue book and CD. Pls contact us to get the catalogue as your need.

Q: I can't find this product in your catalogue, can you make this item for me.
A:  Our catalogue show most of our products, but not all. If we don't have it, we can develop and make mould to produce it as your request. For your reference, it will take about 3-4 weeks to finish a mould.

Q:  What would be needed for a customized products?
A:  For customized products, we would ask customer  for the drawing or if possible, the sample would be the best way.

Q:  What's the lead time?
A:  Our processing time is around 15 days, not including the time of material arriving,
