Since March of 2020, Shenzhen Uni-medica launched DNA/RNA extraction reagent kit for purifying RNA and DNA from nasopharyngeal swabs, oropharyngeal swabs, saliva, serum, plasma, etc, in a fast, simple, and cost-effective method, based on the magnetic bead technology.

The kit is designed for high-throughput purification of viral DNA and/or RNA from plasma, serum, blood, saliva, fecal samples. The kit also features a buffer system that facilitates complete viral particle lysis for efficient nucleic acid isolation. Small and large DNA and RNA are bound to magnetic beads, washed and eluted. The isolated high-quality nucleic acids are ready for all downstream applications such as RT/PCR detection.

All the reagent and magnetic beads are preloaded in 96-deep -well plate, convenient and easy for directly loading and oepration on automated extraction machine.
