1.Question: Are you a factory or trading company?

-----We are a factory supplier. Our office and showroom is located in Shanghai city, and our production is located in Zhejiang province. Welcome to visit us.

2. Question: Can I ask one pair free sample safety work gloves?

-----Yes, we can send you free sample. We are business partner with DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS etc. 

3. Question:  Can you produce safety work gloves with our logo?

-----Yes, we accept to do OEM work gloves. Please send us your logo design, our designer will develop your logo on your work gloves professionally. 

4. Question:  Do you have CE certificate, we need it to clear custom?

-----Yes, 90% of our work gloves are certified with CE certificate or ASTM certificate. We have cooperated with different labs, including Intertek from UK, CTC from France, SGS from UK etc.

5. Question:  What is your payment, how can we pay you?

-----Our company can accept both T/T, and L/C payment. If you have any other payment requirements, please contact us freely.

6. Question:  What is the quality guarantee period?

-----All our work gloves are offered 6 months quality gurantee after shipping. If the safety shoes are broken within 6 months, we will compensate customer freely in next order.
