Double eccentric butterfly valve si unique structural design
Design of eccentric structure, the butterfly valve seat and the valve plate outer contour unique, effectively reduce operating torque, while reducing and the valve seat contact, improve sealing reliability. No mechanical internal DB type butterfly valve (fasteners) connection, no mechanical connection failure may, high reliability, the eccentric butterfly valve can adapt to the harsh working conditions. Filling epoxy resin process makes the valve plate and valve seat the contact surface with the same amount of interference, the elimination of machining and assembly errors, compared to the pressure evenly, reduce operating torque, reduce the abrasion of the sealing surface. DC type butterfly valve type N stainless steel ring is inlaid on the valve body, long can prevent corrosion, and can prevent the velocity of flow instability caused by the vibration and fastening the resulting parts loosening and shedding caused by the valve failure.
