This big barrel water filling machine is specially produced 4 5 6 gallons bottled drinking water, whose types(b/h)are:100BPH type, 200BPH type, 300BPH type, 450BPH type, 600BPH type, 900BPH type and 1200 bottles per hour type. 2.The big barrel water filling machine integrates bottle washer, filler and sealer into one unit ,in order to achieve the purpose of multiple injections of washing and sterilizing by means of liquid washing and leaching are used in bottle washer, Washing solution can boused circularly.
 

Functions and features:

1.Automatic break protection for power leakage and short circuit;
2.Under-pressure protection: when incoming air's pressure is Less than or equal 0.5MPa, the equipment will be automatically stopped.
3.Water-shortage protection: when the level of the water tank is lower than that of the liquid switch, the equipment will be
automatically stopped.
4.Remarks:We can add other functions as customer's requirements like:hot tank heating washing,bottle external washing,cap washing , capacity note and man-machine control.
