Introduction
HiPure FFPE Nucleic Acid Kit provides a simple and quick solution for total Nucleic Acid extraction from paraffin-embedded tissue samples.The kit is based on silica gel column purification technology, which eliminates the need for toxic phenol-chloroform extraction and time-consuming alcohol precipitation. The entire extraction process takes only 20 minutes (excluding digestion time).The obtained DNA can be directly used for PCR, Southern blot, viral DNA detection and other experiments.The obtained RNA can be directly used for RT-PCR detection and other experiments.

Storage conditions and Validity
The HiPure FFPE Nucleic Acid Kit, except for Proteinase K, can be dried and stored at room temperature (15~25ºC) for 12 months.It should be stored at 2~8ºC for long-term storage.At low temperature, Buffer ATL may precipitate, so it needs a 37ºC water bath to completely dissolve the precipitate before use.Proteinase K dry powder is transported at room temperature. Please store the kit at 2-8 ºC or -20ºC after receiving it.Dissolved Proteinase K should be stored at -20ºC.
