 A: Usually Roof offers free sample. Customer may need to cover express charge first. If we comes to an order later, the express charge could be deducted from the payment.

 A: The common lead time is 30 days. For first order or big quantity order the time may extend to 45 days.

 A: We accept customized model if customer offers detailed dimension and drawing.
