Technological Process- Tyre transported to reactor by conveyor to pyrolyze.
- Oil and gas from pyrolysis go into gas-liquid separating tower and separate, and enter into condenser to liquify , to get fuel oil, then enter into oil storage tank.
- Coarse carbon black and steel wire from pyrolysis are output by automatic slag remover, transported to carbon black processing system by cooling hoist. Separate steel wire and carbon black through the magnetic separator,to get industrial carbon black and steel wire.
- Steel wire pulled out by winch,compressed into pieces,and do steel scrap process.
- Flammable gas enter into waste gas tank and processed. Then extracted by vacuum pump, enter into water sealed tank and send to hot air furnace to burn.

Pyrolysis equipment is a recycling machine for solid waste like waste tyre, waste plastic ,oil sludge ,MSW, medical waste etc .It can recycle waste to energy ,such as fuel oil ,carbon black and flammable gas. Besides this energy ,waste tyre pyrolysis plant also can get wire steel after processing.The waste tire oil refining equipment will split the waste tire at high temperature to obtain tire oil, carbon black and steel wire, so as to realize the maximum recycling of waste resources. This series of refining equipment is an environmental friendly and pollution-free thermal cracking treatment method for waste tires. Lifeierte Shangqiu Branch is a professional and technical production enterprise, which has been focusing on the effective utilization of waste for many years. The reaction kettle is made of professional boiler plate steel Q345R, 16 / 18mm thick,which has the features of high pressure resistant , can bear 20-25Pa pressure. My suggestion :1).Regarding the feeding systems,I suggest buying a hydraulic feeding systems, which can use for two reactors' loading materials. Feeding the raw materials by using auto-feeding machine. the auto feeder can push large plastics and whole tyres in the reactor by using hydraulic pressure as power which has 80 tons push power, the process is easy to operate and convenient. Thus can achieve continuous producing.2 men can load the material easily and fill in the reactor within 2 hours. While Manual feeding systems need 4 men load the materials and costs 3-4 hours. Comparing to Manually loading,It's save labors and save loading time.Further more,after one batch ,hydraulic feeding systems can load the materials directly to the reactor ,rather than cooling long time to 30ºC for loading manually.Save more time each batch.
2).Generally,there is small bad smell when production,if the government is serious about this ,you can use Activated carbon adsorption unit and UV Photooxygen catalytic equipment to absorb the bad smell .Product Parameters

3.Installation,Guarantee and Sales-after service:
(1). Installation and Commissioning: The seller shall send at least one engineer to the buyer's assigned place at agreed time by both parties to conduct installation, commissioning and training of sold machines. The cost which may be including salary of 150USD per day, Accommodation, Round tickets, Meals, Transportation, Essential tools etc. during engineer service process shall be borne by the buyer. Seller should burden the visa application, but buyer should help on the documents, etc.
(2). Guarantee of quality: The Seller shall guarantee that the goods are made of the best materials and of first class workmanship, brand new, and comply in all respects with the quality and specifications and performance as stipulated in this Contract. The Seller shall guarantee that the goods, when correctly installed, properly operated and maintained, shall give satisfactory performance for a period of 12months after the day of completion of installations. Human faults or wearing parts not included in the quality guarantee.
(3). Coverage:The warranty foresees the supply, free of charge, of the parts of the machine that get broken due to manufacturing defects.The warranty does not cover damages and/or loss of production due to machine stops or for the bad running caused by the damage.
The warranty does not cover the time required for the arrival of the new parts.
