Pneumatic V-Port Adjusting Ball Valve

V-port adjusting ball valve with a v-shaped core structure, the seat has shear effect.Therefore, it is suitable for the control of relevant process parameters in suspension medium containing fiber or tiny solid particles in papermaking, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industrial enterprises, especially for the automatic adjustment of suspension particles such as pulp, white water, black liquid and white liquid and thick and turbidity slurry fluid medium in pulp and papermaking production process.
 

Features:

1. The elastomeric load pressure auxiliary seal seat ensures the close contact between the valve seat and the ball core from start to finish.

2. Integral body design eliminates the possibility of potential leakage.

3. With equal percentage characteristics, a wide control range and a particularly stable control process, it can be widely used in a variety of processes.

4. The valve stem and ball core are connected by involute spline. When the tooth profile is loaded, the radial force on the tooth can play the role of automatic centering, and the force on each tooth is uniform to make it strong and long.

3. Even our goods are made under strict quality control system, but still can not 100% avoid unexpected conditions or quality problems forever, that's why we furnish a warranty of 18 months from shipment date, during this period, we'll take responsibility for the repair, change or return for free due to quality problems.
