• The Automatic Wrap around Case Packer Machine, is a compact way for bottles and cans wrap around case packaging. It's mainly used for beverage, canning food Industries. This machine integrates cans auto feeding, wrap around carton blanks auto forming, glue spraying and carton sealing in one then greatly reduce the production cost and workshop floor space. The product enters the machine via the servo divider infeed conveyor as a given group to the case packing unit, where the product is automatically dropping into the positioned wraparound blank then forming gluing.

  

  

  

   

• What's the main Structural composition of Automatic Wraparound Case Packer Machine?
  
  Conveyor system: cans or bottles are divided via the Servo divider then feeding into case packing station on this conveyor.
  Automatic cardboard supplying system: This equipment is installed in the side of the main machine, which stores the carton cardboards, the vacuumed sucking disk will indraft the cardboard into the guide slot, and then the belt will transport the cardboard into the main machine.
  Automatic can dropping system: This system separates the cans in carton unit automatically, and then drops the cans automatically.
  Cardboard folding mechanism: the servo driver of this mechanism will drive the chain to fold the cardboard step by step.
  Lateral carton pressing mechanism: the lateral cardboard of carton be pressed by this mechanism to form the shape.
  Hot melt Glue Spraying System:Adopt Nordson glue machine to spray hot melt glue on the folding flaps with a specific temperature,Choose the right spraying method, dot or strip, according to your needs and control the bonding time.
  Carton pressing mechanism: The cylinder presses the up cardboard of the carton after glueing. It is adjustable, so that it can suitable for different size of carton.
  Automatic system control cabinet: adopt PLC to control the complete system of the machine.

Order Introduction(Customized Wraparound Case Packer to Surabaya)

The machine was shipped to Surabaya in May, 2021. Its used for Customer's factory to pack the small Tretrapak boxes into the wrap around case with Nordson glue sealing. Standard control system Inovance, "AB" and SIEMENS is optional. 

Automatic Faster Speed Case Erector Machine 

This Faster Speed Case erector is mostly for faster speed corrugated carton blanks auto forming and erecting. Normally, the carton erector connect to Case packer and case sealer to get a complete auto carton packing line such as bottling water case packing line, canning beverage case packing line.

Automatic High Speed Case Erector Machine 

The high speed case erector is also called Horizontal case forming and sealing machine, mainly used for high speed production carton opening and forming.The method is to open the carton board, the bottom of the box folded according to a certain procedure, and sealed with tape and then transported to the special equipment of the cartoning machine.
