The quality of this type of hull material is very dependent on the quality of the pvc coating used and whether it is brushed on as a top layer and a bottom layer. This comprises a three layered construction.Which, PVC coated tarpaulin is more reliable than PVC laminated tarpaulin. The strength of the fabric used is a function of the denier or decitex number. The higher number the more strength the material has.
