Metal 3DP printing is one of the core technologies in the field of Binder Jetting forming of non-forming materials. 3DP technology is similar to SLS technology,they both shaped by metal materials. The difference is that the material powder is not connected by sintering, but through the nozzle with adhesive parts section printed on the material powder, then repeat to print to a three-deminsional part. because the strength of adhensive parts are lower, it needed to be sintered in subsequent processing to reach required strength, eventually shaped to part.
