PRODUCTS FEATURE

· The center adopts the combination of cylindrical roller bearing, the ball thrust bearing, and the deep groove ball bearing.

· It is applicable to the heavy-load processing of large lathes.

· The mandrel is extended to the end of the top come, which maximally improves the cutting performance and reduces vibration.

· The center is made of alloy steel and its hardness after being heat treated could reach HRC60°±2°.  It is thus has high steel performance and high wear resistance.

· The anti-dust seal on the front can prevent the cutting fluid and dust from entering into the bearings so as to prolong its service life.
