UN-HTD-WA355 is an industrial wireless analog 4-input 4-output controller. It uses high performance DSP Chip from US TI Inc., UN-HTD-WA355 provides users with multi-scale, high voltage isolation, low drift and offering smart measurement and control solutions suitable for widely operating environment temperature range.
UN-HTD-WA355 is a 24 bits controller with 4 differential inputs and 4 outputs. Its accuracy is less than 0.2% and its communication rate is reaching 115.2K. It is mainly used in data collection within industrial field and other distributed fields. With its user-friendly calibration software, UN-HTD-WA355 is easy for users to do the zero and full-scale calibration.
UN-HTD-WA355 data collection module uses industrial wireless RS485 communication network. It transmits the analog data to the master or remote PC-controlled master station after the transfer through AD. It has dual watchdog security design which includes software and hardware watchdogs. Module will instantly restart when the program dashed, HTD-WA355 can solve the inconvenient wiring and long distance transmission problem as it can communicate with other I/O controller in different configurations.
UN-HTD-WA industrial wireless I/O controller has four configurations, which are 2-analog, 4-analog, 6-analog, and 8-analog configuration. The I/0 configuration setting can also be flexible. Users can close the unused channel through software so that to increase loop speed.
Even if the RS485 communication network gets fault and the master computer and controller cannot interlock and communicated, it will still start up software watchdog. The watchdog is well-designed, easy to use and can consolidate system security largely.
HTD-WA industrial wireless analog I/O controller use standard Modbus RTU protocol. Controller will transmit the collected data through wireless way to control room or upper control machine like PLC, DCS and other industrial control system machine. HTD series has been widely used in Siemens, Schneider, Mitsubishi, Omron, Rockwell and Delta etc.
