Based on years of field research and working background, our engineers have improved product design, analyzed fatigue, strength and material and successfully developed many types of fluid ends, either made of conventional materials or stainless steel. Our fluid ends can be the premium aftermarket alternative for SPM, Gardner Denver, FMC, Halliburton, or other equivalent pumps. Its high-performance design and simplified maintenance requirements reduce non-productive time and total life cycle cost.
Design features:
1) Optimized internal cavity structure reduces the stress concentration at the intersecting position and extends service life by 20%;
2) Adopting internal cavity strengthening process delays crack initiation and expansion, improves bearing capacity and fatigue resistance, and extends service life by nearly 40%;
3) Application of stainless steel material 15-5PH/17-4PH significantly reduces the corrosion impact, and the comprehensive performance indicators have also been significantly improved, extending service life by 3 ~10times.
