HBX-0.5 portable Brinell hardness tester is a measuring instrument that uses dynamic test force to determine the Brinell hardness of metals. Its principle is to use the impact of the elastic force of a spring to press the steel ball indenter into the surface of the tested sample. To obtain the indentation, the Brinell hardness value is determined according to the diameter of the indentation.
