Description:
Blood coagulation instrument is mainly used to an instrument on blood coagulation detection, detection of the main project: prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), thrombin time (TT), fibrinogen (FIB). The principle of initial coagulation analyzer is based on solidification method, because the current method of measurement is not reliable, so it is gradually replaced by magnetic bead method and optical method.
The following coagulometers optical method and magnetic bead method comparison:
Reagent: half dosage optical method for blood coagulation instrument only manual measurement; half the reagent beads method only optical method!
This is because in the turbidimetric determination process, intermediate excitation beam must play in the test cup, so there must be a sufficient amount of reagent. In the measurement of the double magnetic bead method, the steel ball moves at the bottom of the test cup, so the reagent just covers the steel ball.
Structure: the principle of optical detection method has the advantages of high sensitivity, simple structure, easy automation instrument, but the drawback is that the sample optical anomaly, test cup finish, and the bubble will become the interference factors of measurement
. The principle of magnetic bead detection is completely unaffected by hemolysis, jaundice and hyperlipidemia during coagulation test. Even the bubbles produced in the sample will not affect the advantages of the test results.
