This vibration sieve machine is one kind of multipurpose new screening machine. The material movement path has the many kinds of adjustments form, the equipment capacity remarkably increased. Model of 1000 dia. with mesh 24 items is used to manufacture instant noodles using wheat flour, to eliminate and loose flour mixture. The processing ability can achieve 350kgs/150 seconds. It is usually equipped in the industry of bread flour, starch, laundry powder, metal powder, chemical additive and so on. It precisely sieves raw or fine material with high productivity and easy to be combined with production line. You can have more choice of model size between diameter of 600mm to 1200mm.

Working Principle

   Through the motor vibration to produce excitation force, by adjusting the motor at both ends of the eccentric hammer weight and phase angle can change the size of the exciting force, effectively change the material trajectory, to extend the material on the screen surface to stay.
