Matters needing attention and operating points:

1. The welding place shall be completely removed from oil, rust, moisture and other surface impurities to prevent the occurrence of pores and cracks during welding. When cleaning, the groove surface and its surroundings shall be polished out with metallic luster.

2. In order to obtain good mechanical properties of the welding seam, it is recommended to use pure CO2 as the protective gas for welding. The flow rate of the protective gas should be 20-25L/min, and the dry-extension length should be 15-25mm.
