Product introduction:
The ISH Fixative solution (animal) produced by our company is mainly composed of paraformaldehyde, which is better than formalin in fixation of animal tissues, and is neutral. The solution is purified water treated by DEPC, then autoclaved and treated accordingly.

Stored at room temperature, valid for 12 months.
Usage:
Cut the tissue into 2mm thickness and put the tissue into the ISH fixative solution at room temperature by tweezers or pipettes. The ratio of the fixative solution to the tissue is greater than 10:1. Fixed 12h-24h at room temperature. If the tissue contains a lot of blood and tissue fluid, it should be washed several times by PBS solution or fixative solution, and then cut into small pieces for fixation. If cannot cut it into 2mm³ at one time, you can also cut it into a slightly larger tissue block first, and then fix it while cutting it into 2mm³ size.
Notes:
1. After the tissue is removed in vivo, it should be put into the fixative solution as soon as possible, and the interval time should not exceed 30min. To prevent the degradation of RNA in tissues.
2. The volume of the tissue should be small, preferably no more than 2mm³. Because it takes time for the fixative solution to penetrate, if the tissue is too large, the inside of the tissue will not be well fixed.
3. The sampling position should be accurate, and the mechanical damage should be small, the anatomical instruments should be sharp, and the operation should be soft, to avoided the pulling, contusion and extrusion.
