After DEPC treatment, the RNase in the solution is effectively inactivated, and it is specially used to fix the samples that need to be subjected to subsequent nucleic acid in situ hybridization detection.
Storage and transportation
Transport at room temperature; store in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight, valid for 24 months.
Instructions
Remove the plant tissues and rinse them with water, and then put them in FAA fixative. Larger tissues need to be cut into small pieces and fixed. Generally fixed in FAA fixative for more than 24 hours. Smaller or young tissues can be appropriately reduced in time according to the size of the material. If possible, the sample is immersed in the fixing solution, and then vacuum can be used to promote the fixation of the sample.
