15tph Clinker Ball Mill for Cement Plant
clinker blal mill is the key equipment for grinding after the crush process, which is widely used in the manufacture industries, such as cement, silicate, new building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and glass ceramics, and can be used for the dry and wet grinding for all kinds of ores and other grind-able material. In cement production line you need to choose suitable raw material mill and cement equipment.
This clinker ball mill essentially a large rotating drum containing grinding media - normally steel balls. Our cement mill capacity could be 3-30TPH for choice. As the drum rotates, the motion of the balls crushes the clinker. The drum rotates approximately once every couple of seconds.
Working Principle of clinker ball mill:
This machine is a horizontal cylinder rotating device, with the outer gear transmission, two warehouses and grid type China cement mill. The materials get into the first warehouse through the feeding device evenly, with the steps lining board or corrugated lining board and different sizes of steel balls in the warehouse. The centrifugal force produced by the cylinder puts the steel balls to a certain height and then makes them fall down, which has a strong impact and grinding effect on the materials.
After the coarse crushing process in the first warehouse, the materials get into the second warehouse, with the scale board embedded and steel balls in the warehouse. The materials will be further crushed in this warehouse. The powder will be discharged by the uploading plank. Then, the grinding work will be finished.Clinker ball mill systems could be either 'open circuit' or 'closed circuit. ' In an open circuit system, the feed rate of incoming clinker is adjusted to achieve the desired fineness of the product. In a closed circuit system, coarse particles are separated from the finer product and returned for further grinding. Our cement mill is equiped super fine size control system, which is a very good system to increase outptu quality.
