 1. Are you a factory?
 Of course,  we have both shoe factory and trader, factory currently has about 1,000 workers producing all types of sports shoes, hiker shoes, vulcanized shoes and bike shoes etc;

2.Samples &delivery
 a: Our company will continue to launch the new products and also is willing to make design as per customize,
 b: Normally,there will be charged the sample fee which will be returned back when placing the order.

 Company team members on innovation, development and production are well selected from famous brands and shoe factories, they all have more than 10 years with experience of shoe-making,and very familiar with production procedures and fashion trends,

4. How to keep the stable good quality?
  a.We have a very strong Quality control system, from raw material arrival IMQC and cutting, stitching,assembly and packing, we have a reguar train to our QC team and production mangement to let all of them know the standard and requirement from our customer. we have QIP system and 3 QC system and is launching Lean program.
 b.  We do properly training to our workers before going to mass production,
 c. All the mangement are have much experience of shoe making and with good quality mindset, the KPI preformance will be reflected by quality.
 d. Every new sytles will be have very detials of Tech trial and need to get approval before production
 e.When starting production, the first pair is need to be check by all the top manament and Master, to be sure the technoloy, fitting data are correct, and no quality issues.
 f: All necessary testing of shoes are requsted to do regularly, like bonding, aging, UV Light, flexing,and so on..

5. How shall we do if order quantities do not reach to the MOQ?
1) We can have order consolidation if there has production at same time.
2) We will suggest you to choose our inventory if it is available.
3) We may increase FOB price base on small Qty.

6. Delivery time?
1).For the Samples can be finished within 15days.
2) For the bulk production, delivery time is 30 -45 days after CFM samples confirmed.

7.What is your Payment terms?
T/T, L/C , OA are accepted, negotiable.
