PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

3 Applications:
This product is suitable for high-rise buildings, shopping malls, theaters, power stations, chemical plants, city squares and other public utilities, etc. . The cable has the characteristics of low smoke, low halogen and low smoke. When the fire happens, the spreading speed is slow, the smoke concentration is low, the visibility is high, the harmful gas release quantity is small, easy to evacuate the personnel. The burning gas is less corrosive, and also avoids the damage to the instrument and equipment. The low-halogen and halogen-free properties make the cable material greatly improve the aging resistance and ultraviolet and other irradiation resistance, thus extending the service life of the cable
4 Low smoke halogen-free wire features:
(1) tensile strength is higher than ordinary PVC wire: General PVC wire tensile strength is greater than 1.05 kgf/mm2, and low smoke halogen-free wire tensile strength is greater than 1.2 kgf/mm2;
(2) good weather resistance (- 30 °C ~ 105 °C) ;
(3) good softness (hardness 80-90) ;
(4) non-mobility (no shape shifting due to lack of plasticizer in the formulation) ; (5) non-toxic black smoke (a small amount of white smoke) ;
(6) high volume resistivity: PVC wire is generally 1012 ~ 1015/cm3, low smoke halogen-free wire is more than 1016/cm3;
(7) good high voltage resistance: PVC wire is generally resistant to 10KV, and low smoke halogen-free wire is more than 15KV;
(8) good elasticity and viscosity.
