1. What is your MOQ?
It depends on product value and bulk density, normally best way to lower your cost and easily to handle is 1FCL for MOQ, while for some high value products, 1mt or even 100kg will also be acceptable.

2. Can I get free sample?
Yes, We can offer free sample(not much quantity), while the freight will be on customer's account.

3. How long will you make delivery and what is the way of delivery?
We make shipment for you in 1-2 weeks after your advance payment. Multipal transportation modes according to actual needs: Sea transportation in FCL & LCL, Railway transportation, Air transportation, etc. All kinds of tranportation are available for your selection.

4. How about the packing?
We have our usual packing, but logo design and packing size can be customized according to your requirement.

5. How do we control quality?
Welcome you or your indicated third inspection agent to check quality before loading.

6. What documents you provide?
Usually, we provide Commerical Invoice, Packing List, Bill of loading, COA , Health certificate and Origin certificate. If your markets have any special requirements, please inform us in advance.
