Agar powder is by agarose (agarose) and AGAR pectin (agaropectin), solubility is AGAR powder insoluble in cold water, soluble in water, soluble in hot water.The maximum pressure that the surface can withstand without breaking is 800-1200g/cm2. In the biological experiment, the amount of AGAR powder routinely added to microbial culture medium and plant tissue culture medium is 1.5-2% (working concentration 6-25g/L).When agar-agar powder is not solidified in the experiment, the pH value, concentration, temperature and sufficient mixing of the conventional detection method are used.Agar sugar is generally heated in water to dissolve above 90 degrees C, and a good semi-solid gel is formed when the temperature drops to 35-40 degrees C, which is the main feature and basis of its many uses. Agar sugar gel properties are usually expressed in gel strength. The higher the strength, the better the gel performance.

Agarpowder is used by default with a PH of neutral. If the PH is less than 4, it will not coagulate.
