DISPERSANT 9800 is a 100% active content wetting and dispersing agent. It is mixture of unsaturated polyamine amides and acidic polyesters.It can reduce the surface tension between the pigment and the binder effectively.Dispersant 9800 can improve wetting effect between pigment and filler.Dispersant 9800 can reduce the viscosity and improve dispersion efficiency.Dispersant 9800 is highly recommended for poly-putty base system with high load capacity.It also can be used for dispersing organic pigment,inorganic pigment and carbon black in industrial anti-corrosion coating.


Physical and Chemical properties:

Use:
1) Dispersing inorganic filler,inorganic pigment,organic pigment in oil-base coating.
2) Preparation of poly-putty base with unsaturated polyester resins
3) Dispersion and viscosity reduction effect in BMC and SMC systems


Dosage:
Pigment wt % of active content
Inorganic Pigment (TiO2) 0.5-5.0%
Carbon Black and Organic pigment 15-30%
Filler (Calcium carbonate) 0.2-1.0%
Order of addition:
Mix DISPERSANT 9800 into the millbase.
Add synergist if required. Stir evenly.
Add pigments while stirring and disperse in the usual routine.
