Machine Standard Configurations
 
  1. Reasonable and strong square steel frame: Panel is 20mm, fixed frame is rectangular tube, base frame is 100mm*100mm, rear driving cabin is widen for maintenance.
  2. Crusher System:

  • Horizontal fluff pulp rack,  Fluff pulp diameter≤1400mm
  • Crusher with horizontal direction fluff feeding adopts rack type and can crushfull treated fluff pulp, and the crushing fluff pulp width≤480mm, its motor power7.5KW. Fluff bursting strength≤1200kpa, crushing capacity is about 200kg/hour.
  • Fluff pulp feeding is of stepless drive.

28.  Driving system
  • Gear box+ universal shaft+ arc timing belt. Driving elements are installed at the bottom of main panel with high driving precision and low mechanical consumption.
  • All cutter racks are processed in CNC to guarantee the precision of blades and prolong their lifetime.
  • Cutter is driven by universal joint coupling transmission
  • Timing belts with higher load are widen
29. Wind, Air supply (as option)
  • Several sets of air pumps and negative pressure fan are equipped for vacuum, drum former, dust and wastage collection during production.
  • Wind supply is set on the top of machine, made by steel tube, reducing the static electricity, high pressure blower supplies air uniformly, pressure can be adjusted
  • Air tube is set on the top of machine, transported uniformly by galvanized pipe/PVC pipe, connect the nearest branch air pipe if necessary, well distributed.
Electrical Configuration:


1. Detective system
  • Raw material joint automatic detection and rejection
  • Raw material breakage has sound and light alarm or machine stoppage
  • Detection optoelectronic switch rack for easy adjustment
2. Transmission control
  • Single button start in sequence, reducing grid impact
  • Machine can't start if blower and glue applicator is off, and this function can
be shielded for idling test

3. Material feeding control
  • Pulp feeding is of stepless control, synchronized with main machine
  • SAP feeding is of stepless control and continuous feeding.
4. Human machine interface
  • Operating screen is set in the middle of machine, with both Chinese and English version
  • Raw material missing, joints, splicing, blower, vacuum pump tripping can be displayed in letters on screen
  • Rejection position, quantity and related parameters can be adjusted on screen
  • Production speed (pcs/min), single shift output, rejection quantity, accumulative quantity etc. can be displayed on screen
5. Heating system
  • Heating elements are qualified heating tube
  • Power leading-in and temperature signal take-out are done by slip rings.
  • Heating system is of cylinder compression. When machine stops, all heating devices are automatically lifted, and will automatically reset when machine starts, and can be controlled manually.
6. Safety device
  • Urgent stop buttons are reasonably set
  • With several speed up/down, alarm buttons and devices and automaticspeed up function for easy operation
  • With safety shield device at entrance of cutters
  1.  Independent wire channel is set at the side of back transmission, divided into strong electricity and weak electricity, well distributed, with independent door
  2.  Glue spray control and cooperation
  • Reasonable glue spray position reservation, glue tube go through from the hole on the top of machine into back transmission cabinet, then straightly come out from machine board, glue tube can be fixed in transmission cabinet to avoid rubbing with other parts
  • Cooperated with glue applicators, realizing automatic spraying and stop when machine stops. Meanwhile it can be controlled manually.
  • Supply 0-10V DC tracking signal and intermittent glue spraying signal.
  • Lights are at glue spraying position.
Note: Glue applicators are excluded in main machine, can be bought by clients or from our company.

Store Condition:

Factory-set-up should meet these demands:

1: Without vibration, clean and clear environment, good ventilation, no flammable and explosive and corrosive substances around.

2: Flat concrete ground, concrete number should be at least 300#; ground level difference should be within 15-25mm, so that machine adjustment is more convenient.

3: Ground should have enough bearing capacity. Concrete ground thickness is no less than 200mm. if machine is put on the 2nd floor, concrete floor(reinforced concrete pouring) average bearing capacity is at least 3.5tons/sm. machine is put no more than on the 2nd floor.

4: To keep at least 1 meter distance between the back side of machine(including attached equipment) and the walls.

5: To prevent the accident due to the uneven ground.

6: The inside temperature in the factory is no less than 12-15ºC.

Raw materials store should meet these demands.

1: Tray shelves are needed to put at the bottom of raw materials in case of damp and moisture.

2: Clean and clear environment, sealed and closed, no mosquito, no flammable and explosive and corrosive substances around.

3: To keep normal temp. 15-30 ºC inside the store is ok.
