Description:
Luzhong low thermal conductivity anti-chipping bricks are new low density refractory bricks developed for cement rotary kiln preheating zone. To serve in severe conditions, LZR DDR series bricks have excellent mechanical strength, good resistance to thermal shock, and are highly resistant to chemical attack from vilatil alkalis and some slags. We manufacture and design DDR bricks with special raw material to meet the requirements of a wide variety of service conditions. With excellent performance, our products have been widely used in the domestic and foreign cement projects.
Dec.9th 2020. These manufacturing DDR30 (422,622,622L,422L,P22L,P+22L)plan to deliver to our European clients.
Feature:
New synthesized alkaline-resistant materials (SiO2+K2O/Na2O→glaze layer protection): avoids the alkali corrosion and spalling.
The low thermal conductivity can decrease the shell temperature, heat loss and energy consumption.
The low bulk density: can decrease the kiln shell load, the mechanical stress on kiln lining, the material purchasing cost and the electricity consumption.
Stable volume: small thermal expansion can greatly decrease the material damage due to increased thermal stress and ensure a long service life .
