  • GEN 2 UPGRADE VERSION: The upgraded version of megear 16A Level2 EV charger is stronger and more protective than its predecessors.The radiating performance of Gen 2 circuit board is optimized,besides,the blue control box has better wear resistance and higher waterproof level. We have increased the waterproof level to IP66, so the EV connector can keep working conditions even in rainy days.
  • MULTIPLE PROTECTION: The Megear upgraded version will offer you ground protection, lightning-proof, leakage and overheat protection. IP66 waterproof of connector and IP55 waterproof of control box(please install indoor), UL94V-0 rating flame resistance and overcurrent protection for your safety. And control box with LED charge status indicators, which can let you know the relevant charging information, when the error light appears during charging, can stop charging in time.

How to maintain the station

 

The charging station is the lifeline of your electric vehicle and is important to keep it protected. Install the charging station in a dry area. Moisture in the contacts will result in the cable not working. If this happens let the cable to dry for 24 hours. Avoid to have the station outside in direct sunlight. Dust and dirt also will result in the cable not charging. For longevity, ensure that your charging cable is not twisted or excessively bent when not in use.

  • Be sure local building and electrical codes are reviewed before installing the AC charger.
  • Choose the best location for the connector to ensure that the charge cable reaches the charge port.
