Application scope
Rockwell hardness: Used to determine Rockwell hardness of ferrous metals, nonferrous metals, and non-metallic materials; suitable for measurement on Rockwell hardness of materials after heat treatment, such as quenching and tempering.Rockwell superficial hardness: Used to determine Rockwell superficial hardness of  ferrous metals, alloy steels, cemented carbides, and after the metal surface treatment (carburizing, nitriding, and electroplating).
