Question:How well made is this?

Answer:  I would consider it well made - strong clips, metal rings for the leash,soft breathable padded mash inner,scratch resistance oxford surface, Our dog slipped right out of another brand so we ordered this one. We are happy with the quality.  

Question:Is there padding on the bottom/under belly strap?

Answer: There isn't padding on the belly strap. It is wide and smooth on the contact areas. The buckle attaches more to the side so it doesn't irritate the leg. The padding is along the more appropriate chest area where pressure from pulling would be. Padding on the belly strap would likely be uncomfortable with bulkiness when their legs are moving. The construction is really solid and comfortable. I've picked up my large Service Dog with the sturdy handle and she has never shown any discomfort. Hope this helps!

Question:Which size should be more fit for spaniel?

Answer: Actually, you need to measure your dog'neck and chest girth first.And then compare them with the SIZE CHART of the dog harness to choose a suitable one. We have siberian husky x collies. Size M fits them.

Question:Is this harness escape proof as I have a 1 year old houdini and brought so many harnesses but she always can get out of them.

Answer: I have found it really good. Adjustable, you can find a perfect size for your dog and the harness is strong enough, My staffy is around 44lb and it holds her fine without any discomfort!
