Our cold water chiller is widely used in various fields, such as petrochemical, plastic, printing and paper, wire, machine tool processing, electronics industry, coating, etc. Its function is to achieve intelligent temperature control, improve user's product quality and equipment production efficiency.

Main features:
1.Adopt the world famous semi-hermetic screw compressor, low noise and super cooling.
2.Adopt the sensor to test the capacity control, compressor with the 25%-50%-75%-100% piecewise start and stop, more energy saving when make the largest cooling capacity.
3.The evaporator and condenser adopt seamless welded inside screw heat exhange tubes.
4.Adopt micro-computer controller, display the temperature, protect, fault code etc. to the control panel, easy operate.

Production introduction

Water-cooled  screw compressor chiller

1. Cooling range: -35 °C ~35 °C.
2. Water tank made of SUS304 stainless steel.
3. P.I.D temperature control, temperature control is accurate and reliable.
4. Using an independent anti-freezing temperature controller to prevent freezing.
5. Compressors and pumps are equipped with overload devices.
6. Low and high voltage switch control, flexible and adjustable, well protect the compressor.
7. Hydrophilic chip condensers to have a better heat exchange effect.
8. shell and tube evaporators with large heat exchange capacity and stable heat exchange effect.
9. Refrigerant: R22, environmentally friendly refrigerant R407c/R134a is also optional.

LCL SHIPMENT: Use plastic foam protect ,then ply wooden case package.
FCL SHIPMENT: If the equipment enough package with 20'or 40' container ,will use plastic
foam package and wooden pallet.

1. We can arrange the shipping by sea, by air ,by truck and train based on your requirements,
but kindly remind the refrigerant gas can't allowed by air ,so you must filling them when
