And its equipped electrical control system, pneumatic system, vacuum system and cooling system, etc. When the equipment on operating, firstly using forklift to pick up HIPS & ABS Sheet and put them on loading trolleys, the Sheet Stacking height should not higher more than 1000mm, then pushing the trolleys into loading station, closing the secure door, Start operating loading station, HIPS Sheet will be positioning via 1st centering device, sucker manipulator will absorb HIPS & ABS Sheet toward the 2nd centering device, Then the pneumatic Lifting device raising the material sheet to the position of the clamp, Clamping Device clinching Sheet for moving forward to Heating Station, then moving to Thermo forming station when the HIPS& ABS Sheet to be full heated , Heated Sheet will be Thermoformed with negative pressure and compressing air Assistance at the same time During forming station works, then cooling and de-molding accordingly, When Inner Liner has been formed Completely then released to Unloading by the same Chain System Transformation, thus the whole working cycle will be finished.
