Q:Do you have a catalog? Can you send me the catalog to me for checking them ?
A: Yes , We have product catalog.Please contact us on line or send an Email to hb at hban.cc for send-ing the catalog.
Q: Can you provide samples ?
"A: Yes,we can provide samples.
we will collect samples fee(1-3pcs)and you have to pay for the shipping cost.when you place normal order.we will refund the samplefee for you."
Q: What kind of payment do you accept ?
"A: We accept T/T(Wire transfer),Western Union and Paypal,credit card. Please be sure that we can re-ceive the same amount of the Invoice.
Q : What about your delivery time?
"A: We have a lot of products in stock.We can send the stock products in 3 work days.
If without stock,or stock is not enough, we will check the delivery time with you.will update to you within 48 hours"
Q : How to ship my order ? Is it safe?
A: For small package, we will send it by Express, such as DHL,FedEx,UPS,TNT.That's a Door to Door service.
For big packages, we will send them by Air or By sea.We will use good packing and ensure the safet-y.We will be responsible to any product damage caused on delivery.
