Steam Shrink Tunnel model can be applied to different and irragurlar bottle types, e.g. round bottles,square and flat bottles.
2. It adopts seamless tube, the distribution of low-pressur of steam drum and spouting method of steam are unified.
3. The steam nozzle is divided to three adjustable segments; the height, position and steam output of each segment can be adjusted respectively, this guarantees a perfect shrinking effect.
4.The Whole machine is made of stainless steel with heat preservation, it not only saves the energy, but also matches with the international safety standard.
5. The satinless steel deforsting tray collects condensed water. The whole machine adopts the waterproof design with the convenience of operation and maintenance.

A: Steam Shrink Tunnel is one of three major types of Shrink Tunnels. Other two types are Hot Air Convection Tunnel and Radiant Infrared Tunnel.

A: Basically, a Hot Air Convection Tunnel is used for tamper evident sleeve; a Radiant Infrared Tunnel is good for dark color neckbands; a Steam Shrink Tunnel is the best option for full body sleeve.
Q: What tunnel is recommended when graphics and registration are critical?
A: Steam Shrink Tunnel. It provides even but not excessive temperature so that the graphics and registration can be kept precisely and maintain good shape.
Q: What tunnel is recommended for containers with volatile or aerosol products?
A: Steam Shrink Tunnel. Volatile or aerosol products are low-flash and inflammable. Steam Shrink Tunnel supplies even but not excessive temperature. It shrinks wrappers evenly and quickly, and then cools containers down fast.
Q: What materials of sleeves are used for processing in a Steam Shrink Tunnel?
A: Mainly PVC, PET & OPS, while new varieties are being developed from time to time. PVC is the most common material which is the easiest to control. It is low-cost less but not environmentally friendly. PET has the highest shrink percentage. It is environmental and versatile that can be used with special attributes like a matte finish or velvety texture. OPS is one of the most expensive materials. It has the lowest vertical shrink and produces the most consistent result, particularly on squeeze bottles.
