Application:
Applicable for sterile preparation system, including large volume injection, powder injection, small volume injection, eye drops, water injection, etc.


Main functions: 
concentrated preparation, decarbonizing filtration, diluted preparation, sterile storage, aseptic filtration, material transfer, heating/cooling, CIP/SIP and control system.


Advantages: 

1. Multi-tank preparation system, advanced adapter plate design is adopted. Tank cleaning can be completely independent of pipe, so as to avoid leakage of materials, pollution and risk of false operation.

 2. Piping and equipment meets requirements of GMP standards, without blind pipe and dead corners. 

 3. Control system can realize production process, online cleaning, sterilization, material transfer automatically. Relevant parameters of preparation system can be monitored and recorded in real time, to ensure quality tracking and tracing.
