1. Main extruder machine:
(1) High precision hard chrome plated mirror treated alloy screw;
(2) Intelligent temperature controller, silent fan forced wind cooling,temperaure precision: +/-1ºC;
(3) Frequency converter control drive motor, screw rotating seed stepless adjustable, energy-saving and high efficient;
(4) Screw diameter range YJ35-YJ90.
2. Extruding die:
Our engineers have rich experience of mould developing, could design the dies according to clients required size and sample.
Special S136H mirror surface steel for dies.
3. 3D adjustable calibration tank:
Stainless steel tank;
3D adjusting machine frame;
Easy operation;
Stable and strong structure;
High calibration precision.
4. Tractor machine:
(1) High wear-resistant soft foamed surface PU multi-wedge belt; workable length 500mm;
(2) Ample tractor force under small pressure, constant stable tractor action without products deformation;
(3) Belt open-close,up-down adjusting;
(4) Main motor frequency conversion control, linear speed 0-60m/min precisely stepless adjustable;
5. Double workstation winder machine:
(1) Two winder bobbins work together;
(2) Open-close type bobbin;
(3) Easy and fast bobbin changing;
(4) Size of bobbin could be designed per request;

A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container in nude packing.
We place and fix the machines well into container and check carefully before closing the container
so as to ensure everything is well for the shipment. We care each and every point so that our clients could receive the machines in good status.
Q3: What is delivery time of the machine?
A3: About 45 working days;
Q4: What is your payment terms?
A4: 30% advance payment by T/T upon order, balance 70% by T/T before shipment OR by L/C;
