Descriprion:
The fire resistant conveyor belt is widely used in the well and underground. Its covering rubber is made of rubber with high-temperature resistance and good heat resistance. After being vulcanized and bonded together at high temperature, it has the properties of heat absorption and barrier and can protect the interior well.

Specially compounded with Neoprene and SBR, which prevent fire from spreading over the entire belt.
The fire resistant conveyor belts possess self-extinguishing design and prevent fire from spreading over the entire belt. In order to ensure the fire retardant properties of these fire resistant belts, we conduct various testing according to ISO standards. These tests include drum friction test, flame test, gallery test and electrical resistance test etc.

Cover Grade:

• K type: the rubber cover accroding DIN-K/ FR-ISO 340. The Min. tensile strength is 17MPA, the Min. elongation at break is 400% and the Max. abrasion loss is 175 mm³.

• S type: the rubber cover according DIN-S/ FR-ISO 340 & SANS-F. The Min. tensile strength is 14MPA, the Min. elongation at break is 350% and the Max. abrasion loss is 200 mm³.

          Very good resistance to flame propagation and has low burning rate. Suitable for over ground for high risk
          materials and underground for low risk application.

Classification:
- Open structure type
Zinc galvanized open type steel cord, each strand fully bonded into the core rubber that strengthens the bonding between rubber and steel cord and ensures longer service life.

- With transverse reinforcement type
Transverse reinforced construction on the top of one or two sides of the longitudinal steel cord that ensures great performance of impact resistance and excellent tear resistance.

A: M.O.Q is 1*20GP.  The less quantity is ok but its cost will be higher.

A: At least 12months service life for regular belt. HR T4+ belt 3~6month.
