KP102A-7T Generation 5 intelligent desktop ion fan is kapper's latest developed and produced intelligent anti-static devices, it can eliminate the static electricity on object surfaces.
KP102A-7T Generation 5 intelligent desktop ion fan can produce large amounts of airflow with positive and negative charges to neutralize the charges on the objects. Negative or positive charges on the object surface will attract opposite charges in the air, so that the static electricity on the object surfaces will be neutralized and eliminated.
KP102A-7T Generation 5 intelligent desktop ion fan's wind force, provided by the small fan, can be adjusted via the touch button or remote control.

SECTION 5:SAFETY*****************************************************************
  1. Please read the operating manual carefully before installing and using this equipment.
  2. The whole equipment must be reliably earthed; otherwise it will be easily burned out.
  3. Don't insert anything into the protective mesh (front and back mesh cover) at the air inlet or outlet.
4,It's inadvisable to use this equipment under the humidity which is over 65%.
5,It is strictly prohibited to use this equipment in the inflammable and explosive environment.
6,Internal maintenance and repair must be conducted by professionals.

SECTION 6:INSTALLATION**********************************************************
1,Installation and operation instructions:
(1)Align the matching M6 rotary knobs to the holes and tighten the knobs, thus the "U" shaped frame is fixed on both sides of the equipment.
(2)Choose the best position to eliminate the static electricity, fix the fan on the equipment and adjust the angel for electrostatic dissipation.
(3)Insert the three-pin plug of the power cable into the black socket on the back of the fan, and the other end of the power cable into the grounded power supply socket,turn on the rocker. 
(4)Turn on the power switch via the touch button or the remote control, the switch indicator lamp will light up showing the fan is working properly, adjust the wind force, and the positive and negative air ion produced by the needles will be sent to neutralize the static electricity on the object surfaces.

SECTION 7:MAINTENANCE**********************************************************
    KP102A-7T Generation 5 intelligent desktop ion fan reduces repair cost by frequent maintenance.                                           
    Maintenance items: discharge needle cleaning, ion balance correction and electrostatic elimination time correction. Perform the discharge needle cleaning at least once within a week; conduct the ion balance correction and electrostatic elimination time correction regularly to ensure that the ion fan can work properly.
1,Discharge device cleaning:  clean the discharge needle; start the airbrush automatic clean via the remote control or touch button; stop cleaning seconds later. The fan can automatically memorize the cleaning information. Without manual intervention, and when it's normally powered, every 8 hours it will automatically start cleaning, and then stop cleaning seconds later. The greasy dirt or carbon deposit on the discharge needles can be removed gently by dustless cloth or cotton swabs with anhydrous alcohol 10 minutes later after power-off.
2,Cleaning the protective mesh (front and back mesh cover) at air outlet and inlet: To prevent the airflow obstruction, the protective mesh (front and back mesh cover) at the air outlet and inlet can be cleaned with soft brush or compressed air, or some meshes can be added to prevent dust.
3,Ion balance tests: use a plate load monitoring instrument or an ion tester to measure the ion balance (residual voltage).
4,Electrostatic elimination time test: use electrostatic analyzer or load monitoring instrument to measure the electrostatic elimination time.
5,Calibrate KP102A-7T Generation 5 intelligent desktop ion fan, it's designed to have a stable and fixed ionic output quantity. But ionic balance offset (residual voltage) will come up, because of the factors like fluctuation, ambient air , and humidity. The offset standards:
0V±10V.

  1. KP102A-7T Generation 5 intelligent desktop ion fan has gone through rigorous testing and aging processing before delivery and its performance can fully reach the related indexes in the operation instructions.
2,Kapper brand hereby makes the following commitment: within one year from the date of purchase, Company shall repair or replace any defect parts confirmed by the company free of charge (remote controls, as consumption goods, are not within the scope of free warranty service). But this commitment is not applicable to the following situation: equipment is used and installed wrongly; equipment is damaged due to negligence or by accident; equipment is altered or disassembled or maintained by someone other than our authorized service agency.  Under above circumstances, Company does not undertake any obligations or responsibilities towards the product or its user. In addition to the free repair and replacement of the parts stipulated in this commitment, in interests of our customers, Company will be responsible for the repair of our products at our labor cost even they are beyond the warranty.
