Belt conveyor

Function: Put the raw material on the belt conveyor, conveying the material into next step.

Wet crusher

Function: Wet crusher of HDPE bottle and PE film washing line crush the material into small pieces,final plastic flakes is about 20-80mm. The diamter of screen hole is optional.

Low speed friction washer

Function: Strongly friction to clean the plastic flakes Mechanically.

Floating washer

Function: Washing out the dirty from the film or bags material by paddles, tank material is made by SUS304.
 

Dewatering Machine

Function: Strongly centrifugal force to remove the water from the plastic flakes. 
 

Storage hopper

Function: Storage the material and loading the material into packing bags.
