CJF series laboratory magnetic stirred reactor system gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, liquid-solid or gas-liquid-solid three-phase chemical materials for chemical reaction stirring reaction equipment, so that various chemical materials under higher pressure, vacuum, temperature, fully stirred to enhance mass transfer and heat transfer process.  

     A main feature of that device is that a static seal structure is adopt, A magnetic couple is adopted between that stirr and the motor drive, Because of its contactless transfer torque, replacing dynamic seal with static seal, can thoroughly solve the leakage problem existing in stirring, so that the whole medium and the stirring member are completely in an absolutely sealed state, Therefore, it is more suitable for stirring reaction of various flammable, explosive, highly toxic, precious media and other chemical media with strong permeability.

3)Mechanical and connecting structure:the connecting structure adopts bolt-type structure or quick-opening clasp connection, and the kettle lid can be lifted, and the kettle body can be dumped and discharged or discharged.

4)Stirring mode:strong magnetic cylindrical rotary coupling structure is adopted, stirring speed is 0 ~ 1000r/min, and the stirring capacity can be adjusted according to the needs of users.

5)Safety:The reactor is equipped with safety valve, which adopts blasting diaphragm. The blasting numerical error is small, the instantaneous exhaust speed is fast, and it is safe and reliable. Each valve of the reaction kettle adopts needle-shaped valve, which is closed reciprocally. The seal is reliable and durable. All kinds of valves are installed reasonably, and the drainage is unblocked without dead angle.

6)Heating mode:Electric heating mode is adopted. Can also provide electric heating, liquid heating, electric and liquid heating according to customer needs.

7)Control system:equipped with relevant intelligent control instrument, intelligent digital control instrument, providing data collection and control of motor speed, reaction temperature and pressure in the kettle, with high accuracy, easy operation, strong anti-interference ability and so on.

8)Optional material for reactor:1.304stainless steel,  2. 316/L stainless steel,  3. Titanium alloy,  4. Hastelloy, surface 5. Monel

9)Lifting mode of reaction kettle:1.Handwheel lifting  2. Electric lifting  3.0. 05-2L reaction kettle is not required to be lifted or lowered, and the capacity is larger than 2L. Default handwheel lifting or lowering.
