Technical process
 
Coil loading-> uncoiling-> pinching-> thickness gauge-> cutting-> welding-> entry looper-> degreasing (alkali spraying-> alkali brushing-> electrolytic cleaning-> hot water cleaning-> dryer) heating-> soaking-> RJC-> water cooling-> dryer-> insulation material coating-> drying&sintering-> AJC-> exit accumulator-> inspection (iron loss inspection, option)-> cutting-> recoiling-> unloading-> packing.

Product grade: Cold rolled electric steel with silicon content below 2%.
