Name: The rapid test kit for NT-pro brain natriuretic peptide (Time-resolved fluorescence immunochromatography)

Packing specification: 1 test/card, 10 tests/box, 20 tests/box, 30 tests/box, 50 tests/box, 80 tests/box, 100 tests/box, 150 tests/box.

Intended use: It is used in combination with dry fluorescence immunoassay analyzer (TH-2010, TH-2020) produced by Wuhu 3H Biotechnology Co. Ltd. for in vitro test for quantitative determination of  NT-pro brain natriuretic peptide in human serum, plasma and whole blood (anticoagulant whole blood).

Test principle:
The test card contains a fluorescent microsphere-labeled NT-pro brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) monoclonal antibody pre-coated on the binding pad and a NT-pro brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) monoclonal antibody immobilized on the test area (T) on the membrane, and a substance corresponding antibody in control area (C).  During the test, drop the sample into the sample well (S) of the test card. The NT-pro brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) in the sample binds to the microsphere-labeled NT-pro brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) monoclonal antibody pre-coated on the binding pad, and the conjugate is chromatographed upward under the capillary effect, and then it is bound and captured by the NT-pro brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) monoclonal antibody immobilized on the test area (T) of the membrane. The content of NT-pro brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) in the sample is positively correlated with the content of the captured conjugate. Scan the detection area with a dry fluorescent immunoquantitative analyzer to obtain the corresponding optical signal, and then convert the signal to the concentration of NT-pro brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP)  through the built-in standard curve.

Main composition:
It is mainly composed of a test card, sample buffer, calibration card or QR code, dropper and instruction manual.

The test card consists of sample pad, nitrocellulose membrane (T line coated NT-pro brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) antibody (0.1-1.0μg/test); C line coated anti-immunoglobulin antibody (0.1-1.0μg/ test), binding pad (coated with another NT-proBNP antibody labeled with time-resolved fluorescent microspheres (0.05-1.0μg/ test) and immunoglobulin (0.05-0.25μg / test), absorbent pad, bottom plate and plastic card.

Storage and validity:
The original package should be stored at 2ºC-30ºC in a dry and dark place, and the validity period is 18 months.

Test method
Before performing the test, you must read the instruction manual completely, and return the test card and sample to room temperature before use.
  1. Operate the instrument according to the instruction manual of the dry fluorescence immunoassay analyzer, please check the product name and batch number.
  2. Take out the test card from the original packaging reagent bag and use it as soon as possible, and use it immediately when the room temperature is higher than 30ºC or in a highly humid environment.
  3. Place the test card on the flat surface, and test for serum or plasma: add 100μL of serum/plasma into the sample well of the test card, and start timing. Test for whole blood (anticoagulated whole blood): Add 100μL of whole blood into the sample well of the test card, and add 1 drop (40-50μL) of sample buffer, and start timing.
  4. The serum or plasma test time is 8 minutes. Read the results through a dry fluorescence immunoassay analyzer. The whole blood (anticoagulated whole blood) test time is 12 minutes and the result is read by a dry fluorescence immunoassay analyzer.
