Tiamulin fumarate is a derivative of pleuromutilin, white or off-white crystalline powder, odorless and tasteless. It is easily soluble in methanol or ethanol, soluble in water, slightly soluble in acetone, and almost insoluble in hexane. Used for chicken chronic respiratory disease, mycoplasma pneumonia and Haemophilus pleuropneumonia, and also used for dysentery caused by Treponema pneumoniae
