Self-adjustable Turning-roll for welding
Self adjustable turning rollers for welding has 8 steel or customized wheel which are very popular in welding pipes,cyclinders,tanks etc.
Features of welding rotator:
1. Equipment structure types: Fixed or mobile (optional)
2. Driving mode: Single, double speed reducer drive motor, roller quantity: Eight/ set
3. Rolled steel wheel of combinations: Steel, rubber roller, combined, wheel rotation speed regulating
Mode: AC frequency conversion stepless speed (standard or electromagnetic stepless speed regulation)
4. Support work piece: Clamp ampere frame automatically open, automatic reset
5. Electrial system: The remote control cabinet+box(line 10-15m) or pedal swithches
Advantages:
1. You can choose different types of rotators according to the weight and length of the work piece, so it is easy to use and it's more flexible than others.
2. Within the specified range, it can automatically adjust wheel centre distance for different diameter of the work piece.
