Brief introduction:
The single-component polyurethane waterproof coating is made from isocyanate, polyether glycol, as well as some
additives. When you coat it on the building's surfaces, the NCO terminal group in the pre-dimer of the polyurethane
will have chemical reaction with the moisture in the air and then soon form a rigid, soft and seamless film.

Characteristics:
This coating is classified to Type I and Type II on base of tensile strength and viscosity, and applies to different parts
of the substrates.

Type I is applied to horizontal surfaces and Type II is applied to vertical surfaces.
The main color of the coating is black; other color can be also provided for your special purpose.
This coating possesses the property of fine tensile strength, elasticity, suitable to cold or hot conditions. Once coated,
high density, no cracks, no blisters, strong bondage, resistance to the erosion of water, contamination and moldy.

It is environmentally-friendly coating, no benzene and oil tar, no need to dilute it by solvent.
The elongation at break for Type I is much higher than Type II, but with lower viscosity, mainly applies to horizontal
surfaces; the tensile strength for Type II is much higher than Type I, with high viscosity, non-sagging, mainly applies
to vertical surface and closing up the edges.

Key working points:
The single-component polyurethane waterproof coating will involve: waterproof layer, reinforced waterproof layer,
coating film waterproof layer, edge / joint /seam closing up, protective layer etc. ,depending on the request of your
building's structure.

For inside and outside corner, they should be made to arc shape; inside corner diameter should be more than 50mm,
outside corner diameter should be more than 10mm.

For coating waterproof layer, generally, it is an independent waterproof structure, if used on the basement
waterproof items, the under floor should be lay one layer of reinforced base; for underground waterproof works,
the coating thickness should be
not less than 2.0mm, in no case less than 1.5mm; in toilets, the coating thickness no less than 1.5mm; for non
exposed waterproof works, in case there exist multiple waterproof layers, the coating thickness should be no
less than 1.5mm; if the waterproofing class reaches 3rd withone waterproof layer on roofs, the coating thickness
should be no less than 2mm; in case interlayer to be installed between the coatings,the coating over the interlayer
should be no less than 1mm, while the coating under the interlayer should be no less than 0.5mm.

Preparatory works: clean substrates--trimming reinforced waterproof layer-coating substrates, --closing up edge
/joint/seam, make sure a good quality base before coating.

The entire substrate must be clean, smooth, rigid, dry, no sharp debris, no holes, no hollows, no peeling, no oil,
no cracks, no deformation joints, in case the surface of the substrate is smooth and rigid, no need to coat primer.

For the parts around the ends of pipes, insider and outside corners, deformation joints must make sure to be
trimmed and to be flat, smooth, and watertight before coating the single-component polyurethane waterproof
coating; if Type II single-component polyurethane waterproof coating used , please coat 2-4 times(thickness
1mm); in case one interlayer is needed, the interlayer must be soggy; for horizontal deformation joint, you should
install one layer of non-woven fabric as the auxiliary base in advance.

Coating methods: To coat by roller, brush, scraper or spray, it is better to coat twice or thrice, the time interval
should be around 24 hours, the second coating direction should be perpendicular to the former one; if one
interlayer is needed, non-woven fabric
laying and coating should be done at the same time; the consumption of coating: if the thickness of coating is 1mm,
1.2-1.4kgs per square
meter is needed, while 1.5mm thickness, around 2.0kgs per square meter.

Closing up the edge / joint / seam with sealant and then coating.
After finishing the coating works, and quality checking, if all is ok, the following up protective waterproofing layer
can be done.

Applicable:
Widely apply to underground buildings, underground parking lots, toilets, ponds, balconies, and other non-exposed
building's surfaces.

Attention:
Please use up the coating within 4 hours whenever the coating-pail opened, never keep the opened pail for a
prolonged time; keep away from children and avoid touch of your eyes; no smoking , no fire at the coating spot;
in case splashed into your eyes, flush your eyes with water generously and then see doctors.

Storage and transportation:
Different coatings should be placed and stacked separately, keep away from rain, sunshine, fire, impact; storage
temperature no more than 40 degree Celsius and with well ventilation; the normal storage time is 6 months from
the production date.
