If there is some question with your machine ,we will adopt DHL, express new parts to you in 3 days,and our technologist will guide you or your technologist how to repair it.We provide parts for free in 12 months , not include the freight fee.

2:Question: ××× company's price is cheaper than you,I want the cheap one.
Quality comes more important than price. They will not sale the machine with no profit . Excessive low price means inferior parts and unconcernedly assemble. Our parts all purchased by our professional buyer,they have plenty experience to choose good parts in good price.The education background of our workers are junior college or higher than this ,plenty of assemble experience.We have professional quality inspector ,before our machine out of our factory,we test every machine strictly.
 
3:Question:Is there any risk to order your products.

4:Question: How long should I wait till I receive my product?
If you purchase small machine and need it hurry,we can contact DHL for you . It can be send to you in 3 days. Large machine we use container or RORO for customer AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
