2) Automatically feed, notch for two sides(angel 45-135), and roll Japanese linear module(screw drive), precision motor clamp.

4) The operating system consist of stepping up, cutting, swing, promotion and demotion of, feed motor, channel letter bender motor, diffusion knife. Feeding ,channel letter bender and swinging are controlled by stepper motor. On the basis of the length , radian and angle which are figured out by microcomputer, the machine can feed , cut angle and bend precisely.
5) A unique three-dimensional process simulation technology, two-dimensional design file to be able to display three-dimensional effects, supplemented by translation, rotation, zoom and other functions, enables full observation and monitoring of whole working process.
6) The original double-bent knife parallel channel letter bender technology to save time and greatly improve the processing efficiency, the maximum channel letter bender angle reached 135 °.
7) High precision machining, feeding precision can reach 0.01mm, channel letter bender accuracy up to 0.4 °.
