Advances in research on the resistance mechanism of Emamectin Benzoate -- Emamectin Benzoate, it is the result of Merck Company's 1984 research on the derivation of hydroxyl groups on 4′′-(- 1-oleofos)-1-oleofos. As a new type of antibiotic biogenic insecticide, Emamectin Benzoate has the advantages of broad-spectrum, high efficiency, low toxicity and low residue, and has good efficacy against lepidopteran pests.The drug is white or light yellow crystalline powder, melting point: 141-146 °C, Soluble in acetone and methanol, slightly soluble in water, insoluble in hexane. Stability: stability under normal storage conditions.

Function and Application
As a new type of antibiotic biogenic insecticide, it has the advantages of broad spectrum, high efficiency, low toxicity and low residue, and has good insecticidal effect on lepidopteran pests, the LC90 value of carbaryl salt to some lepidopteran insects ranged from 0.002 to 0.89 mg/l. Compared with its Lead compound Avermectin, it is less toxic to rats and is only 1/6 as toxic as Avermectin. It is safe and easy to be degraded in humans and animals at normal doses. At present, Avermectin is often used to control vegetable pests, such as diamondback moth, beet armyworm, Spodoptera Litura, etc. , it has been widely used in the control of cruciferae vegetable pests and effectively controlled the occurrence scale of lepidopteran pests, which delayed the evolution of resistance to traditional insecticides. The mechanism of action of Emamectin Benzoate is a microbial source of low toxicity INSECTICIDAL, acaricidal agents, is based on Avermectin synthesis of highly effective biological agents, it has the characteristics of high activity, broad insecticidal spectrum, good mixed use, long lasting effect and safe use. Its insecticidal mechanism is to block the motor nerve of pests. Do not use in fish ponds, bee farms, mulberry fields and their surroundings. Do not pollute the water in the ponds. It is toxic to bees and should not be used when fruit trees are in bloom. The interval for safe harvesting of general crops is 7 days.
